“Now it’s easy to get to the gym”
It can be hard to stay motivated to exercise. Coffee Zero boosts Chloe Watson’s energy levels and keeps her motivated.
It’s really hectic these days. Alongside her studies in special education, Chloe Watson is balancing two part-time jobs. That makes it even more important to make good use of every spare moment.
“Exercising makes me feel relaxed. When I’m active, it clears my mind. I feel rejuvenated and ready to get back to my studies or head off to work. But sometimes it is just so hard to get out the door and it is more tempting to stay on the couch,” smiles the 23-year-old.
“I don’t have a weight problem, I mostly float up and down within a 10-pound range give or take a little. It was the invigorating effect of the coffee I was after,” she explains. Chloe hoped that Coffee Zero would give her a little kick and make it easier to get out the door and exercise.
“And I didn’t even like coffee! But Coffee Zero turned out to be easy to like. Soon, my routine included packing my bag with one packet of coffee and a thermos of hot water when I was off to the reading room.”
Less of a sweet tooth
Coffee Zero had an effect within a few days. Chloe felt more awake and alert, just as she had hoped for.
“I had more energy and was more motivated to choose the treadmill over the couch. In addition, my training sessions became more effective,” says Chloe and tells of a pleasant side effect of her new coffee habit.
“My sugar cravings have plummeted, making it much easier to resist the temptations of everyday life. And I owe it all to Coffee Zero!”
How Coffee Zero works
Coffee Zero contains extracts green coffee beans. These extracts contain certain substances that are burned off when regular coffee is roasted. Coffee Zero preserves these extracts, which can help increase fat burning.
In addition, Coffee Zero contains chlorogenic acid, which effectively reduces blood sugar levels. Stable blood sugar levels can cause fat cells to store less fat.
Coffee is also one of the best sources of antioxidants available. Antioxidants provide health benefits because of their ability to slow inflammatory processes and counteract the reactive substances that break down proteins, DNA and fat.
